This is hands down one of my faves-it delivers that perfect balance of gentle exfoliation and hydration. It smooths texture, brightens, and keeps skin glowing without irritation, so it’s one I can always rely on. Whenever I want my skin to look fresh and renewed, this is the serum I reach for.

AlumierMD AHA Renewal Serum is a lightweight, exfoliating serum formulated with 8% lactic acid to gently remove dead skin cells, smooth texture, and promote a brighter, more even complexion. Lactic acid, an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA), encourages cell turnover and hydration simultaneously, making it effective yet gentle enough for regular use. The formula is balanced with soothing aloe, allantoin, and sodium hyaluronate to calm and hydrate, reducing the risk of irritation. With consistent use, skin feels softer, looks more radiant, and shows improvements in fine lines, discoloration, and overall clarity.

Begin 2–3 nights per week and increase as tolerated; always wear SPF. Allow a full minute for absorption before the next step. Use morning and evening when possible, and pair daytime routines with SPF. Treat this as a small daily ritual—slow the breath, soften the jaw, and let the skin receive.

8% Lactic Acid: Naturally found in milk and part of the alpha hydroxy acid family (AHA), lactic acid is biosynthesized for cosmetic formulations. It exfoliates cellular debris and enhances cell turnover to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Arnica: Extracted from the flower heads of the arnica montana plant, arnica has soothing properties.

Allantoin: Extracted from the comfrey plant, allantoin increases water content in the skin and enhances exfoliation, improving skin smoothness.

Vitamin B5: Also referred to as pantothenic acid or panthenol, vitamin B5 acts as a humectant, locking in moisture to hydrate skin.

Sodium Hyaluronate: A form of hyaluronic acid that hydrates by drawing water into the outer layers from deep within the skin. It holds up to 1,000 times its weight in water, making skin plumper, softer and smoother.
