Shipping & Handling Policy

At The Skin Pantry, we strive to process and deliver your orders quickly and safely. Below are our shipping and handling details for orders within Canada.

Canadian Orders

  • Shipping Cost: $9.95, Free over $100 across Canada

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday)

  • Shipping Time: Standard delivery within 1–5 business days, depending on location

  • Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number once shipped

Please note: During peak seasons or promotional events, handling times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes. We’ll always notify you by email if there are unexpected delays.

U.S. Orders- Currently not available.

  • Shipping Cost: Flat rate of $25 USD

  • Handling Time: 1–7 business days (processing may take longer due to customs clearance)

  • Shipping Time: Standard delivery within 1–5 business days after dispatch

  • Tracking: All U.S. orders include a tracking number for your convenience

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon delivery

Please note: Due to U.S. border regulations, handling and delivery times can vary. We do our best to ensure your package clears customs promptly, but delays beyond our control may occur.

Additional Information

  • Order Tracking: You’ll receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order ships.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The Skin Pantry is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to assist with replacements or claims.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship within Canada and the United States only.
