Shipping and Returns

All in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.


Yes! Orders over $100 ship free across Canada. Orders under $10 cost will calculate at checkout.

At this time, we only ship within Canada, but international shipping is coming soon.


Due to the nature of skincare, we are unable to accept returns on opened products. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

If you have a reaction to any product please email us right away.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
