ZO Calming Toner pH Balancer is a gentle yet effective toner designed to support skin barrier health while balancing skin’s pH after cleansing or exfoliation. With a blend of mild exfoliant (glycolic acid) and calming, hydrating ingredients like witch hazel, allantoin, sodium hyaluronate, sodium PCA, and panthenol, it helps soothe redness, tighten pores, and infuse lightweight moisture. This toner helps weak or sensitized skin recover comfortably and amplifies the effectiveness of subsequent skincare steps without over-drying.

After cleansing (and/or exfoliating), apply to face and neck using a cotton pad, morning and/or evening. Avoid the eye area. Allow toner to absorb, then follow with treatment serums and moisturizer. Always use broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day when using toners with exfoliating acids.
